The successful candidate will be analytical, technically proficient, able to tackle complex challenges independently, and thrive in a collaborative team environment. They will also play a key role in streamlining operations by reducing bottlenecks, accelerating process efficiency, leveraging automation, and eliminating non–value-added activities.
This is a consulting role centered on the effective delivery of client engagements. While most mandates are based in Montreal, occasional travel outside the city may be required. Richter’s mandates include:
- Business and financial process reviews and optimization,
- 52-109 and SOX process optimization and compliance mandates,
- Fraud prevention mandates,
- Enterprise Risk Management and governance mandates,
- Internal audit consulting mandates
- Accounting designation (CPA, CA, CGA, CMA) an asset,
- Other relevant designation an asset (CIA, CFE, PMP, CISSP),
- Team spirit, with a focus on information-sharing and quality,
- Ability to quickly develop good interpersonal relationships as well as persuasiveness and diplomacy,
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office including PowerPoint,
- Good knowledge of project management tools,
- Good knowledge of different computing environments and financial applications an asset,
- Knowledge of data analysis tools (ACL and IDEA) an asset.
