This role is responsible for managing the delivery of multiple work programs supporting enterprise applications, including mobility and GIS solutions. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver incremental enhancements, ensuring schedules, resources, and reporting requirements are effectively maintained. The role works closely with leadership to support successful execution and governance of ongoing initiatives.Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage multiple work programs, including scheduling, tracking, and delivery oversight
- Maintain cost tracking and resource management documentation
- Configure and manage project tracking tools, including JIRA
- Ensure accurate and consistent use of tracking tools across project teams
- Maintain project documentation within SharePoint
- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding of project resources
- Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports
- Facilitate team meetings to identify and escalate risks and issues
- Track, manage, and escalate risks and issues as required
- Develop and maintain governance documentation, including status reports and risk logs
- Experience managing multiple concurrent projects or work programs
- Hands-on experience configuring and managing JIRA
- Experience supporting onboarding and offboarding of project resources
- Experience preparing governance documentation (status reports, risk logs, escalation materials)
- Strong documentation and tracking experience using tools such as SharePoint
- Experience working in an SAP environment
- Familiarity with SAP Activate methodology
- Experience working in Agile or iterative delivery environments (e.g., Scrum)
- Experience in a Scrum Master or similar role
- Additional experience with JIRA in complex environments
This is a 12-month contract position based in Vancouver, BC. The role is primarily remote, with occasional travel required to Burnaby and downtown office locations.
