The Opportunity:ML6 is partnering with a high-growth, multi-unit retail business with convenience store operations across British Columbia. They are actively gaining market share, acquiring new locations, and investing heavily in their infrastructure, systems, and people.As they continue to scale their grocery platform, they are looking to bring in a true operator someone who has grown up in grocery, understands it at a granular level, and can drive performance across multiple locations.This is not a head office, sit-back-and-report role. This is hands-on, sleeves-rolled-up leadership where you will directly impact store performance, team capability, and operational consistency across the network.What You'll Be Doing:

Lead operations across a portfolio of grocery locations, ensuring consistency in execution and performance
Drive improvements in inventory management, shrinkage control, forecasting, and in-stock performance
Elevate store standards and execution - everything from merchandising to cleanliness to overall customer experience
Act as the go-to operational expert across departments including produce, deli, and fresh grocery
Identify gaps, implement best practices, and continuously raise the bar across all locations
Support and execute store renovations and facility upgrades as the business continues to expand
Partner with leadership to shape the go-forward strategy of the grocery division

What You'll Bring:

Deep grocery experience - you've lived it, not just managed it from a distance
Proven track record in multi-unit leadership, ideally having progressed from Store Manager into a broader regional/district role
Strong operational instincts - you understand the levers: shrink, turns, labour, standards, forecasting
Hands-on leadership style - you're comfortable in-store, coaching teams and showing what “good” looks like
Ability to connect strategy to execution and drive measurable improvement across locations
Experience with store renovations or large-scale operational projects is a strong asset
A collaborative, practical leadership style - someone people respect and want to work with

Compensation: Base Salary of $100,000 - $130,000
