The Restaurant serves an incredible buffet breakfast that would rival the best in Sydney, as well as la carte dinner menu spotlighting modern and native Australian ingredients.As the Food and Beverage Supervisor, you will play a critical role in our operations by providing support and assistance to the Restaurant and Bar Manager. In this fast-paced and vibrant environment you will be responsible for the delivery of exceptional experiences for our guests. You will lead our team of Hosts and Floor Staff by being actively present throughout busy service periods to ensure all departmental standards and procedures are met.Responsibilities Include:Overseeing the smooth and efficient operation of shiftsProviding regular training and coaching to new and existing team membersOverseeing the management of booking system and reservationsAchieving high standard of service, elevating guest satisfaction and using metrics to measure successCompetently handling customer queries and complaints with professionalism and empathyAdopting processes and developing strategies to maximise profitabilityOur Ideal Candidate will possess:Previous experience with leading and coaching a team in similar role and/or environmentAbility to provide professional and exceptional customer serviceCan thrive under pressure and work in a fast paced environmentHigh competency in organization, multi-tasking and delegationExcellent presentation and groomingStrong communication skills – both verbal and writtenCurrent RSAFull working rights in Australia, with availablity to work on a flexible and rotating roster 7 day roster.We bring care to the table.
