- $3500 per month + membership sales commissions (additional $500-$1500 per month uncapped)
- 3-6-12 month reviews pending performance and production.
- Wage increases awarded with growth/proof of production.
- General upkeep of facility, including minor cleaning duties, re-racking general club upkeep.
- Complete full front desk and sales on boarding.
- Generate sales through walk-in guests and online lead generation.
- Attend sales meetings / lead daily team huddles and goal setting meetings.
- Meet or exceed monthly revenue targets set by management
- Meet or exceed minimum calls, emails, texts KPIs and targets.
- Actively track personal and team targets based on club goals assigned by ownership.
- Resolve any customer inquiries through professional communication via telephone, e-mail and in person
- Facilitate community collaboration by arranging lead boxes at local businesses to increase club exposure in the community, plan and inititate in club pop ups.
- Take part in at least 6 hour each week of community engagement outreach.
- Be active in the community by organizing events regularly, connecting with other local businesses to support healthy relationships and marketing opportunities.
- Participate in events to generate new sales, such as trade shows, open houses, member appreciation nights, etc.)
- Maintain knowledge on Gold’s Gym history, background, facilities, and policies
- Ensure accurate understating of all current Golds Gym promotions and pricing.
- Maintain full knowledge and understanding of all memberships terms and conditions.
- Completes all team leader / manager on-boarding training.
- Lead and develop other team members as experience is gained.
- Uphold and create a positive community and culture.
- Detailed understanding of sales processes and a proven track record of achieving sustainable, profitable business result
- Motivated to reach sales targets set by management
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a sales/management environment (retail or other)
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Self-starter - ability to use down time effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, etc.)
- Valid First Aid / CPR certification an asset
- Must have reliable transportation
