- Provide general administrative support to the client and Project.
- Manage coordination of contractor mobilization and ongoing support, including administration of pre-mobilization deliverables, training, requests for information (RFIs), site instructions (SIs), and other construction documents between contractor and construction management team.
- Administer document control processes with efficiency
- Self-starter, able to learn and apply new concepts, and software and use of tools quickly and independently.
- Solid interpersonal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to prioritize work.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Previous experience in construction, engineering or project management work environments is an asset.
