Job Overview:Requirement/Must Have:
  • Strong experience in ITSM, production support, or operations within banking or financial services.
  • Hands-on experience with TSYS TS2 (green screen) in a credit card issuer environment.
  • Strong understanding of credit card transaction lifecycle and payments operations.
  • Experience leading Major Incident Management in client-facing environments.
  • Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Experience:
  • 8+ years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and govern Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
  • Manage Major Incident bridges and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.
  • Perform end-to-end technical troubleshooting across systems, logs, batch jobs, and interfaces.
  • Analyze TS2 screens and system behaviors to identify root causes and drive resolution.
  • Support loyalty and rewards platforms, including processing and reconciliations.
  • Work across hybrid cloud environments ensuring production readiness.
  • Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
  • Manage offshore teams and provide operational updates.
  • Ensure smooth production support and continuous service improvement.
