- Strong experience in ITSM, production support, or operations within banking or financial services.
- Hands-on experience with TSYS TS2 (green screen) in a credit card issuer environment.
- Strong understanding of credit card transaction lifecycle and payments operations.
- Experience leading Major Incident Management in client-facing environments.
- Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- 8+ years of relevant experience.
- Lead and govern Incident, Problem, and Change Management processes.
- Manage Major Incident bridges and ensure timely resolution within SLA commitments.
- Perform end-to-end technical troubleshooting across systems, logs, batch jobs, and interfaces.
- Analyze TS2 screens and system behaviors to identify root causes and drive resolution.
- Support loyalty and rewards platforms, including processing and reconciliations.
- Work across hybrid cloud environments ensuring production readiness.
- Coordinate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders.
- Manage offshore teams and provide operational updates.
- Ensure smooth production support and continuous service improvement.
