- Provide personalized and exceptional guest service at every opportunity
- Direct, delegate, and coordinate the banquets and food and beverage outlets’ daily business activities and team members
- Ensure all event details and function specifications are executed in accordance with the client’s expectations
- Manag food and beverage inventories, maintain par levels, and provide requisitions and for products and supplies
- Facilitate regular meetings with team members and food and beverage leadership
- Maximize revenues while maintaining a high standard of service and positive guest experience
- Coach, motivate, and train team members on a continual basis
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a hotel food and beverage managerial role
- Post-secondary education in food and beverage, hospitality, or culinary management is preferred
- A hands-on management approach and the ability to be present during all peak business periods
- Knowledge and experience with menu costing, engineering, and food and beverage cost controls,
- Experience in banquets, catering, and meetings
- Ability to work a variety of shifts based on business needs
- Proven track record in menu design and service execution
