You will act as a consultant and change agent, championing AI adoption and ensuring its effective application to revolutionize decision-making.What you'll do
  • Partner with CTO stakeholders to identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities to leverage AI within their business processes and operations
  • Lead workshops and discovery sessions to understand current challenges and translate business needs into well-defined AI solution requirements
  • Collaborate with data scientists and engineers, acting as the voice of the business to shape the development and delivery of AI solutions
  • Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of AI solutions
  • Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and track the impact of AI solutions on business outcomes
  • Continuously assess the evolving AI landscape and identify new opportunities to drive innovation
What you bring
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions and driving business impact
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and consulting skills, with the ability to understand business needs and translate them into technical requirements
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and facilitation skills to build rapport, manage stakeholders, and explain complex concepts clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams
  • Familiarity with AI/ML concepts and their application in business settings
  • Cloud computing platform experience (GCP, AWS, Azure) a plus
  • Passion for innovation, a results-oriented mindset, and a change agent mentality
Great-to-haves
  • Management Consulting experience driving business transformation
  • Product Management experience, especially with data-driven products
  • Telecommunication experience or background
Advanced knowledge of English is required because you will most of the time interact in English with external parties (clients, suppliers, candidates, external partners, etc.); interact in English with internal parties (colleagues, internal partners, stakeholders, etc.); and work with IT tools whose interface is only accessible in English as part of this position's main responsibilities given its international scope.Salary Range: $82,000-$124,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 12%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience.
