Electrical Estimator - Construction

• Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for electrical projects, including labor, materials, equipment, and overhead.
• Utilize Accubid and PlanSwift software to generate precise and comprehensive take-offs and estimates.
• Review project plans, specifications, and other documents to identify scope, requirements, and potential risks.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to gather and verify project information and clarify any uncertainties.
• Analyze historical data and benchmark estimates to ensure accuracy and competitiveness.
• Prepare and submit bid proposals, including cost breakdowns and justifications.
• Monitor project changes and assess their impact on the cost estimates and overall project budget.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, codes, and standards to ensure compliance and accuracy in estimates.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Electrical Estimator in the construction or electrical industry.
• Proficiency in Accubid and PlanSwift software for estimating and take-offs.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, components, and installation practices.
• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail for accurate estimation and cost analysis.
• Ability to interpret blueprints, specifications, and other project documents effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, project teams, and vendors.
• Proven ability to manage multiple estimates and deadlines simultaneously.
