
Marketing Manager

- Contribute to enterprise-wide Marketing strategies, working collaboratively with others within the Marketing team and cross-functionally.
- Lead the design, development and implementation of annual commercial planning.
- Successfully deploy marketing strategies and tactics that drive results from ideation to execution, including POS materials, presentations, advertising and more.
- Lead the go-to-market plan for all new product launches, including the design, development and delivery of the projects.
- Contribute to the culture of continuous improvement by proactively identifying and solutioning opportunities.
- Lead a team of cross-functional professionals and team members to accomplish large-scale commercial projects, ensuring alignment on scope, timelines and goals.
- Stay informed of latest market trends through research and market analysis and recommend adaptations of strategies by market.
- Lead the proactive management, tracking and optimization of annual budgets, forecasting and regularly report against identified performance measures.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- 4-5 years of marketing experience working in fast-paced environments, preferably the food industry.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience successfully leading people / teams.
- Ability to thrive in a complex environment while exhibiting flexibility and adaptability to change.
- Ability to both lead strategically and deliver with precision, excellence and measurable outcomes.
- Proven ability to lead large scale projects, building and following a timeline while managing a cross functional project team.
- Proven ability to build and foster effective cross-functional internal relationships and manage external agency partners.
- Proven ability to build positive, mutually beneficial relationships with external stakeholders (clients, vendors, etc.).
- Experience in commercialization of new products is an asset.
- Ability to be both a leader and a follower, working both independently and as a member of a team.
- Willingness to travel and participate in customer meetings and tradeshows.
