- Have 2–5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally selling to executives
- Consistently meet or exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Thrive on full-cycle sales, from pipeline creation to closing
- Embrace coaching, seek feedback, and invest in ongoing professional growth
- Are intellectually curious about HR’s impact on business outcomes
- Prospect Diligently: Generate 8+ first sales appointments monthly, making 80+ personalized calls/emails daily within strategic cadences.
- Prepare Thoroughly: Dedicate an hour of research before each meeting, tailoring discussions to the client’s specific challenges.
- Execute with Value: Leverage our “Value Selling” framework to uncover root business needs and showcase how our Membership Platform delivers measurable results.
- Experience engaging senior executives (HR experience is a plus, but not required)
- Proven consultative approach focused on delivering tangible business value
- Strong collaboration, listening, and communication skills
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a passion for continuous learning
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree recommended
