Produce technical documentation and communicate project progress with the lead architect and other team members to ensure our projects exceed client expectations.What You Will Do
  • Participate in all project phases, including conceptual designs, presentations, schematic design, design development, construction documents and production
  • Partner with Project Architect to produce accurate technical and contract documentation for construction of project
  • Provide project team coordination for incorporating design intent into the construction documentation
  • Participate in construction administration, evaluate bids, conduct site visits, address technical issues, and maintain quality control during construction
  • Work with consultants, contractors, fabricators, specification writers, and regulatory agencies to meet overall project objectives
  • Utilize hand and 3D software renderings to communicate design concepts
Your Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program
  • 2-5 years of professional experience post-graduation
  • Knowledge of building codes, zoning, jurisdictional processes, building materials, specifications, and construction techniques
  • Experience in construction document preparation and field observation
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop)
  • Proficiency in 2D/3D software, such as Revit, Rhino, Octane, 3dViz, 3d Studio MAX
