Chartered Professional Accountants (CPA) of Canada is seeking a lawyer with 8+ years of strong experience in commercial law, licensing of intellectual property, and corporate governance (with 3+ years in-house experience preferred) to join their fantastic team.This is an opportunity to work with one of the most influential accounting organizations in the world, supporting the profession and representing Canadian CPAs at national and international levels. This position reports to and will work alongside a dedicated General Counsel and works collaboratively with senior leadership and other lines of business and corporate functions on legal, business and compliance matters.This is hybrid position (~2 days in office) offers interesting and engaging work, at a welcoming, high-performing, and innovative organization.
