The Specialist is responsible for partnering with the analysts to support the production of client and prospective client material, as well as ensuring data is reviewed and accurate. In addition, the Specialist is responsible for coordinating and managing the compliance review process for presentation materials, including the submission of all relevant materials in a timely fashion through content production and compliance systems.Primary responsibilities:Update, review and assist production of institutional pool updates, PowerPoint presentations, marketing collateral and thought leadership pieces.Work closely with the Investment Analysts and marketing teams to ensure we provide best-in-class materials for sales and clients.Assist in production and maintenance of pool updates, sales presentations, marketing collateral, client investment reviews decks, and PM ad-hoc queries.Coordinate and manage the compliance review process for all materials including the submission of all relevant materials in a timely fashion through the content production and compliance system.Ensure compliance with all presentation materials and implement presentation changes as requested by compliance team.Ensure relevant materials and collateral are accurate. Review all materials prior to Workfront submission to ensure relevance and accuracy.What We’re Looking ForCompletion of university degree in business or related field; or equivalent work experience.Minimum 2 years of experience in financial services, preferably with investment products.Progressing towards acquiring the CFA designation is an asset.Completion of the CSC/IFIC is an asset.The Expertise You BringExcellent verbal & written communication skills.Strong interest in developing product expertise and understanding how investment strategies translate into client outcomes.Understanding and demonstrating curiosity for investing.Proven ability to analyze, condense and communicate around large sets of data.Excellent organizational skills.Ability to work well independently, as well as within a team, in a fast-paced environment.Strong relationship management & project management skills.High attention to detail, including accuracy, writing style, and presentation.Ability to manage multiple priorities at any given time.Strong proficiency with MS Suite, particularly with Microsoft Excel & Microsoft PowerPoint.Strong knowledge of VBA & Python is an asset.Total Rewards That Reflect Your ImpactWe believe exceptional work deserves exceptional recognition.
