Ready to bring your best?Overview of The RoleSaputo is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor for an existing opportunity within our organization. At Saputo, our people are our most important asset. We are looking for a highly skilled professional who is passionate about recruitment and talent engagement.In this role, you will contribute to recruitment activities for a variety of corporate functions, including IT, and leverage your recruitment expertise along with your ability to understand diverse roles and business needsYou will work closely with Hiring Managers and Human Resources partners to support their recruitment needs, in alignment with Saputo’s business objectives. You are motivated by sourcing and engaging candidates, enjoy building relationships through meaningful exchanges, and apply strong analytical skills to continuously improve recruitment practices? If this opportunity resonates with you, we would be pleased to connect!How You Will Make Contributions That Matter:Create an outstanding experience for candidates by defining expectations, communicating regularly and giving concrete and pertinent feedbackManage the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles (sourcing, screening, interviews, reference and background checks, etc.)Proactively develop candidate pipelines for IT and other corporate functionsWork closely with Hiring Managers to ensure job requirements and expectations are clearly understood and candidates are assessed against well-defined criteriaEstablish talent attraction and networking strategies in order to recruit the best candidatesDevelop and deploy recruitment events within the company and externallySupport employer branding efforts and social media outreachTrack and measure all recruitment metrics and effortsCoordinate interviews between candidates and Hiring ManagersPerform various other administrative tasks related to recruitmentYou Are Best Suited for The Role If You Have the Following Qualifications:3 - 5 years of experience in full life cycle recruitmentStrong knowledge and experience in recruitment for IT functions and rolesExperience in recruitment for corporate functions & roles (Finance, Communications, Legal, etc.)Have a highly collaborative approach, providing a personalized experience for both candidates and hiring managersRecognized enthusiasm and autonomy, with a passion for Talent Acquisition, and developing candidate pipelinesAbility to manage in a fast-paced, ever-changing environmentSuperior interpersonal skillsStrong affiliation to drive for results and exceed goals and objectivesGreat time management and multitasking skills coupled with the ability to prioritize effectivelyAbility to use Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), as well as LinkedIn RecruiterExperience working with Workday ATS would be considered an assetBilingualism (French and English) is essential, both spoken and written, as the role involves frequent communication with team members across various regions of Canada.We support and care for our employees and their families by providing:Competitive salariesAdvantageous corporate agreementsFull range of group insurance benefitsGroup retirement pension plan with employer contributionGroup RRSPHealth and wellness program in the workplaceAssistance program for employees and their familiesSaputo products at a discounted priceSalary Range: $68 630 to 90 080$ *Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.All applications are carefully considered by our Talent Acquisition team.Artificial Intelligence tools may be used in screening applications.Artificial Intelligence is not used to assess or select applications.In Canada, Saputo is a leading cheese manufacturer and fluid milk and cream processor, with a portfolio of well-loved brands such as Dairyland, Armstrong, Neilson, Alexis de Portneuf, and many more.
