
Senior Manager, Insider Risk - Enhanced Screening (Global Security)

- Conduct in-depth analysis of screening processes to minimize Insider Risk.
- Develop Insider risk reports and recommend and implement corrective actions to help strengthen risk management practices across all functional areas
- Develop detailed investigation reports and recommend and implement corrective actions to help strengthen risk management practices across all functional areas
- Review and enhance stronger access, monitoring, and preventative controls.
- Enable and maintain a comprehensive case database to help track trends, correlate common data vectors and to help highlight and address thematic issues.
- Create and maintain sustainable procedures and process documentation.
Must have:
- A practical understanding of data protection risk, exposures, and effective controls
- Strong investigative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in behavior bases protective measures to help detection efforts.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly motivated with the ability to work independently and effectively manage multiple priorities.
- Collaborative mindset with experience working cross-functionally with HR, IT, Identity and Access Management, and security/compliance teams.
- A willingness to make a difference and help protect business areas and data.
- Industry related certification – e.g. CITPM, CFE, CISSP
- Experience in law enforcement, intelligence, or corporate investigations, audit, data protection.
- Knowledge of financial services business line(s) and associated applications and processes
- Information Technology standards, methodologies, and audit requirements
- Strong experience with PowerPoint and Excel
