Your main responsibilities will include:
- Leading and designing innovative omnichannel strategies to drive growth and strengthen brand visibility across multiple channels;
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deploy cohesive and high-performing marketing strategies targeting consumers, retailers, and eCommerce platforms;
- Analyzing campaign KPIs, data, and dashboards with the objective of optimizing visibility and performance;
- Inspiring, motivate, and develop a high-performing team aligned with the achievement of strategic objectives, with a particular focus on eCommerce;
- Managing budgets related to the various business development initiatives.
- Proven experience in a large organization in an omnichannel leadership role overseeing marketing teams;
- Relevant experience in a similar role within the consumer goods industry;
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field;
- Strong leadership skills with excellent communication and a highly engaging management approach;
- Strong interpersonal and professional skills, with the ability to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders;
- Full professional proficiency in both French and English, spoken and written;
- Excellent analytical skills and strong budget management capabilities.
