- Hours: Monday - Friday 6:45am - 2:45pm or 11:30am - 7:30pm
- 21.00 - 23.00 per hour pay

- Greet and assist patients as they arrive at the medical office, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Manage front desk operations, including answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and handling inquiries.
- Maintain accurate patient records and files using computerized systems.
- Process patient information and insurance claims efficiently.
- Assist with billing and payment processing.
- Coordinate office supplies and inventory management to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Support the medical team with administrative tasks as needed.
- Daily data entry and files management
- Other duties as required
- Recent experience as a receptionist, data entry clerk in fast paced work environment
- Minimum 1 year Reception experience in a medical setting
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Strong data entry skills and proficiency in computer applications
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- A proactive attitude with a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
