Job Overview:
  • The Java Backend Developer is responsible for designing and developing scalable backend services and microservices-based applications.
  • This role involves building high-quality, efficient, and maintainable solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams and ensuring adherence to coding standards and best practices.
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in Java backend development.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain backend services using Java and Spring Boot.
  • Design and implement microservices-based architectures.
  • Write efficient and scalable code following best practices and design patterns.
  • Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver robust solutions.
  • Work with relational and NoSQL databases for data management.
Skills:
  • Strong hands-on experience with Core Java 17 or above.
  • Experience with Spring Boot and microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • Knowledge of design patterns and software engineering best practices.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization technologies.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Leadership abilities and mentoring experience.
Should Have:
  • Experience with AWS cloud services.
  • Experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
Qualification And Education:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
