- Elaborate and implement the Supply Chain strategy at a national level
- Facilitates multidisciplinary teams to develop medium and long term supply management strategies;
- Participates in the optimization of inventory levels by working with regional operation management teams;
- Analyses the inventory levels and suggests measures to improve the management of excess and / or obsolete inventories
- Manage the inventory in distribution center and multiple locations across Canada
- Overseeing Warehouse Management
- Provide support to the Warehouse Supervisor in managing the Distribution and Repair Center
- Support with implementing changes related to the business strategy
- Control and optimize costs through continuous improvement
- Ensuring OTIF (On Time In Full) on all orders
- Collaborate with the Procurement team
- Integrate best practices in procurement
- Establish key performance indicators for the inventory rotation
- Coach and participate in the development of employees
- Provide coaching and development of the team
- Motivate and assist each employee in the supply chain group by ensuring that the skills, training and resources needed are attained to operate autonomously.
- Share the objectives and take the necessary measures to ensure their execution fulfillment.
- Identify, create, and implement Process Improvement Strategies
- Adopt a solution approach with various interlocutors.
- Work with direct teams and other cross-functional teams to continuously improve work processes.
- Make a critical analysis of activities, identify causes of dysfunction and propose appropriate corrective action.
- Develop new means of increasing efficiency while communicating performance measures.
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or Supply Chain Management
- 7 to 10 years of experience in Supply Chain
- Minimum of 3 years of people management experience
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamic 365, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Access, and Google Suite
- Database processing skills
- Bilingualism in English and French is considered an asset
