- Safely operate Die Cutter machine as assigned. Run orders as assigned by production management in the proper sequence.
- Ensure the quality of the product through constant monitoring, including observation regarding color of material, thickness, Lok series, opening size, reel size and tightness of the reel.
- Monitor product and packaging materials to ensure cleanliness of finished product and food safety for our customers.
- Stock and clean assigned area daily to ensure the efficient operation by following operators and the integrity/safety of our finished product.
- Follow all company established food safety and quality guidelines and procedures.
- Maintain traceability by tracking roll lot numbers used in production of finished product. This information must be tracked for every order and written legibly on the job card.
- Monitor the production area to ensure all personnel in the area are authorized to be there, report anything suspicious or anyone without a badge. Immediately ask anyone without a proper badge if they are supposed to be in there or if they have signed in.
- Additional functions as assigned and needed for the good of the organization.
- Education requirements: Grade 12 or equivalent
- Production experience.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada without sponsorship
- Self-motivated, takes ownership of position.
- Leads by example. Good work ethic.
- Strong team building, decision-making, and people management skills.
- Strive for continuous improvement.
- Pay scale: start wage $21.37/hour.

- Contribution to RRSP program by the company (after probationary period)
- Schedule: Full time, Afternoons after training period - Monday - Thursday 3:30pm to 2:00am.

- Work environment: Occasionally bends, squats, reaches, kneels, and may lift up to 40 lbs. on occasion. Constantly seeing, hearing, talking. Noise level in office environment 10dB, 85-95 dB in production environment. Regularly sits, stands, and walks.
