- Supervise the team of customer service representatives and act as a resource person;

- Good experience in customer service and sales;
- Experience in managing a team;

- College and / or university education (asset);
- Experience in the aviation field (asset)

- Sense of initiative, judgment, method and rigor in his work;
- Good knowledge of the MS Office suite (Excel, Word and Powerpoint)
- Bilingualism (French / English)
