Our client, a leading organization in the logistics and transportation industry, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist - Logistics & Transportation to join their team in Etobicoke, ON. As an Accounts Payable Specialist - Logistics & Transportation, you will be an essential part of the finance department, supporting the accounts payable functions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities, which will enable you to thrive within this dynamic environment.Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist - Logistics & Transportation -Etobicoke - $27/hrLocation: Etobicoke, ONPay Range: $27/hourShift: Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. or 9:00 a.m.-5:00 p.m.What's the Job?

Process invoices, payments, and adjustments accurately and on time

Reconcile accounts and investigate discrepancies
Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on unresolved issues
Maintain accurate records within ERP systems (SAP experience strongly preferred)
Liaise with internal departments and external vendors/customers to resolve inquiries
Prepare basic reports and support month-end activities
Perform additional AP-related duties as required

What's Needed? * 1-3 years of Accounts Payable or relevant finance experience

Previous experience in logistics, transportation, or related industries is an asset
Proficiency with ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and organizational skills
Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work on-site Monday to Friday
