If you share a passion for performance, a growth mindset with versatile skills, and approach everything with the highest integrity, here's an opportunity.Working with one of the top clients, this role calls for an Android Developer- RXJava/Kotlin who will collaborate with mobile and backend leads to design, develop, and enhance complex application features.
Responsibilities:
  • Independently deliver quality, production-ready code on tight schedules with minimal oversight.
  • Contribute to backend microservice development (Microsoft stack) as well as mobile app enhancements.
  • Ensure code integration aligns with existing architecture and user experience requirements.
  • Participate in technical design discussions, code reviews, and knowledge sharing with peers.
  • Adapt quickly to project needs, new technologies, and changing priorities.
Desired Skill Set:
  • Strong technical proficiency in one or more of the following:
  • iOS (Swift, SwiftUI, RxSwift)
  • Android (Kotlin, RxJava/RxKotlin)
  • Backend (microservices, Microsoft-based stack)
  • Demonstrated ability to understand and work within existing mobile codebases.
  • Strong problem-solving and debugging skills in complex application environments.
  • Proven experience working independently in high-pressure, fast-paced projects.
  • Solid grasp of system design, clean coding practices, and scalable application architecture.
Nice To Have:
  • Cross-functional expertise across both iOS and Android.
  • Exposure to backend and mobile development in financial services or other complex domains.
  • Strong collaborative mindset; able to partner with leads while executing independently.
  • History of working on multiple projects/technologies (vs. long tenure at a single company).
