Technical Delivery Lead

• Lead technical delivery of Convert and Migrate activities across multiple Wealth Management programs.
• Own and manage environment setup, data migration strategy, and cutover planning for each phase of delivery.
• Design and oversee ETL processes, including data extraction, transformation, and loading across legacy and target systems.
• Ensure secure and accurate data transfers, including handling of large-scale extracts and reconciliation.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to define and validate migration and data requirements.
• Develop and maintain detailed delivery plans, including timelines, dependencies, and risk mitigation strategies.
• Support test data provisioning, environment readiness, and defect triage during migration phases.
• Provide technical leadership during dry runs, mock conversions, and production cutovers.
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and compliance standards.
• Document lessons learned and contribute to continuous improvement of migration frameworks.

• 8+ years of experience in technology delivery, preferably in financial services or wealth management.
• Proven experience in data migration, ETL design, system conversion, and environment orchestration.
• Strong understanding of SDLC, technical expertise, and architectural oversights.
• Hands-on experience with data extract handling, data mapping, and validation frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive outcomes in a complex, matrixed environment.

• Experience with Wealth Management platforms.
• Familiarity with cloud migration (Azure, AWS) and hybrid environments.
• Knowledge of data governance, reconciliation, and regulatory compliance in financial services.
