Possessing a broad understanding of ILS and the ability to deliver cost effectiveness to the programs, both in design and build phases, as well as transition to long term sustainment and in-service support, is a key asset to this the success of this role.What you bring to the role

Additional skills desired for the role

Familiarity with ship platforms such as the Halifax Class Frigate or similar
Familiarity with maritime Combat Systems, including Radars, Combat Management Systems, Communications, Weapons, Navigation, Electronic Warfare
Familiarity with Dynamic Object-Oriented Requirements System (DOORS), JIRA, Windchill, Confluence and Microsoft Office
Agile Scrum Master and Product Owner experience
Detailed understanding of emerging technology, standards and software for logistics product and service solutions
Familiarity with 1LMX digital transformation and related supportability/sustainment tools
Understanding of the Military Standard (MIL-STD), Global Emissions Initiative (GEIA) and S-Series of Integrated Logistics Support Specifications
Strong project management skills to oversee the entire lifecycle of the RCD
Collaborative spirit to work effectively with and across other Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) and stakeholders
Innovative thinking to bring new ideas and improvements to the program
Ability to communicate in French is considered an asset
Adaptability to respond to changing requirements and integrate new technologies.
