- Build - You are excited to work on something that hasn't been done before. Your job will include building experiences and launching plans from the ground up.
- Strategize - Develop DoorDash's path to excellence using first principles & empathy, identify trends that emerge and know when to double down and when to try something new.
- Experiment - Use data to run tests on everything from promotional campaigns to new in-app creative assets.
- Analyze - Assess the operational and financial impacts of your decisions and iterate given insights. Continuously seek new improvements that can be made to the experience leveraging performance data.
- Collaborate - Work with a variety of teams including marketing, merchant, product, engineering, finance and analytics to execute on plans.
- You thrive both as a generalist and specialist who can build the overarching strategy and dive deep into specific issues & processes to drive continuous improvement
- You are a self-starter who is biased towards action and excels in a fast-paced environment and evolving business
- You are comfortable with ambiguity and bring structure, organization, and focus to your work and cross-functional teams, including product, marketing, finance, and legal
- You are a problem solver and can identify the core problem and determine hypotheses with proposed solutions
- You are comfortable using SQL to analyze data and create new data tables, are able to build dashboards to track key metrics, and can build high-level financial models
- You have 2+ years of experience in strategy, operations, product, digital marketing, growth, investment banking, consulting or other related areas
- You have experience using Figma/ Adobe After Effects to develop creative assets
- You have experience using Claude Code
