These functions are of moderate complexity and the incumbent performs them using established instructions.Primary Responsibilities:Create and manage files in Excel for four (4) different audit modules.Use Extender Imaging, WebTop, Minerva, and McGill Banner to merge and review documents.Make copies of documents.Using D2 monitor documents update for the auditors, faculties, and departments.Data entry and data verification.The list of functions outlined above is representative and not a complete and detailed list of tasks which may be performed by an incumbent. For example, incumbents may be asked to perform some elements of Office Assistant level “A” tasks in addition to the above listed functions.Other Qualifying Skills and/or Abilities:Comfortable with PDF conversions. Familiarity with Proof of Residence (POR) process and documents. Familiarity with McGill and Exchange transcripts from international universities. Familiarity with electronic documents and tools such as SnagIt. Familiarity with MS Teams and Zoom platforms. Must respect confidentiality and personal information. Knowledge of French and English.
