- Implement and manage Windows/Linux environments to ensure high availability
- Manage and configure Virtual Server Environments (VSphere, MS Hyper-V or Openshift)
- Vulnerability Investigation and Remediation
- Experience with administering NetBackup and RSA
- Excellent analytical skills
- Ability to create documentation and a proficient communicator
- Proficiency in Windows, Linux and/or Unix
- Working knowledge of software development life cycles
- Ability to learn new development languages and techniques
- Canadian Secret Level II Security Clearance
- Experience with Ansible Automation
- Develop and administer security policies and procedures
- Manage user authentication and security on the network
- Engage with 3rd party vendors on product support issues and escalation procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- One or more years of experience as a Systems Administrator in a Windows/Linux environment
- Windows Server 2022, 2019, and 2016 administration experience
- Linux RedHat RHEL8-10 experience
- Certificate Authority Administration experience
- Hardware knowledge/Certification for Cisco UCS Servers
- SAN (Dell Storage, Netapp and 3PAR) Data Management, cloud and switched fabric knowledge/ experience
- Software development skills and experience in languages that includes PowerShell, Python, Perl, C/C++, etc.
- Experience with version control systems
- Experience in the Change Management Process
- Microsoft MCSA or MCSE (preferably Server Infrastructure)
