We are currently seeking an individual to join our Water and Sewer Division within the Public Works Department as a Water & Sewer Maintainer I.This position works under the general direction of the Superintendent and the Supervisor, Water & Sewer Division. You will assist in the installation, repair, and maintenance of all City water and sewer infrastructure. The position also responds to emergency situations such as water and sewer breaks, back-ups, freeze-ups, etc., and takes appropriate action as assigned by the supervisor.The incumbent requires a valid Class 3 (with air endorsement) NWT Driver's License and a minimum of two (2) years' experience working in an industrial or mechanical field.
