Job Type: 6-month term with strong potential for extension or permanent hireWe are hiring Bilingual Relocation Advisors to assist federal employees and their families with domestic relocations across Canada. This is a meaningful, client-facing role supporting individuals through significant life transitions.Key responsibilities:- Deliver accurate relocation guidance by phone, email, video, and chat
- Ensure client support aligns with government policy and service level standards
- Resolve issues, track cases, and maintain accurate records
- Provide empathetic, efficient support in high-volume environmentsRequirements:- Fluent in English and French, written and spoken
- Customer service or contact centre experience
- Professional, detail-oriented, and tech-savvy
- Eligible for Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance
- Available for three weeks of full-time, on-site training (Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. - 4 p.m.)Schedule:After training, 37.5 hours/week.
