Client Location: 300 Georgia St W, Suite 2000, Vancouver BC (ON-SITE 5 Days).Responsibilities but not limited to: * Provide technical expertise/advice on network problem analysis including monitoring network management systems;
- Provide technical expertise/advice on IT incidents or problems that have been escalated requiring in-depth analysis to propose solution.
- Provide technical expertise, advice and troubleshooting assistance to IT Service Desk and Desktop Support resources regarding resolution of software and hardware issues associated with laptop/desktop computers, mobile devices/phones, and peripherals/printers, RAM, video cards.
- Monitor the IT Service Desk incident tracking and telephone systems ;
- Ability to disconnect, relocate and reconnect various IT Equipment, such as PC, laptops, printers and other hardware peripherals.
- Must have Security Clearance/ Secert Clearance
- 10+ years of experience.
