
Builder Development Manager

- Responsible for executing builder sales strategy in conjunction with your Sales Manager
- Develops and executes sales plans to win in the marketplace and position Fisher & Paykel and DCS to achieve volume growth and margin objectives in the Builder Channel.
- -Builder lead generation and developing direct relationships with builders
- Works with builder distributors, dealers, developers and/or builders to grow Fisher&Paykel sales volume in the multi-family and single family segments.
- Coordinates pricing, creates presentations, quotes & negotiates final sales terms for builder sales.
- Manages all aspects of large project business that might include production estimates, logistics, schedules and installations, working closely with internal service team
- Become an involved participant leader and build strong relationships with appropriate associations who have potential to impact builder business.
- Execute sales plans to grow Fisher & Paykel & DCS builder sales volume through the designer and architect channels, as well as delivering product training when necessary.
- 5-7 years sales experience in working with the builder or designer community
- In-Depth knowledge of builder business
- Ability to work weekends or evening events as needed
- Excellent Presentation skills
- Comprehensive brand strategy and marketing knowledge
- Comprehensive Architect/Design knowledge
