- Safely operate a toter truck / straight truck to deliver, relocate, and return modular and storage units to customer locations.
- Transport modular and storage units that may have oversized / wide requirements for local market.
- Load additional products, equipment, and/or tools on trucks for delivery utilizing equipment such as forklift to load containers. Secure load using chains, binders, and pins.
- Perform set-ups, knockdowns, and install value-added products like skirting, decks, ramps, and stairs.
- Inspect vehicle and log hours of service (HOS) on electric logging device (ELD) utilizing handheld or mobile device.
- Keep all equipment (truck, tailer, binders, etc.) maintained and meet WSMM and DOT requirement.
- Maintain the service and safety of units during transport, ensuring On-Time and In-Full deliveries.
- Report any infractions or near misses utilizing safety tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the friendly, professional face of WillScot.
- 2+ years of AZ/Class 1 driving experience with a clean driving record
- Valid CDL AZ/Class 1 license required.
- Experience in hauling oversized loads / equipment.
- Ability to understand road permits and to navigate busy city centers confidently.
- Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Basic computer skills to handle dispatch updates and communicate effectively with branch locations.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customers and colleagues alike.
