- Project: U.S. Cyber and IT Risk Remediation The candidate will be working on internal and external audit remediation across the technology organization.
- The candidate will be working to track, manage, and remediate according to the committed timelines.
- The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a multi-year program focusing on cyber and IT risk management.
- This project is highly visible within the bank contributing to the overall success of the program.
- Data Gathering and Analysis:
o Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
o Translate data/reporting requirements into excel based reporting
- Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Set-up and utilize Jira for tracking, workflow and reporting
o Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
o Identify trends and areas for improvement through data analysis.
- Project Management and Communication:
o Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
o Prepare presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project status, analysis results, and recommendations.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
- System and Process Improvement:
o Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
o Ensure that system documentation is maintained and up-to-date.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis roles/BA roles/Project Coordinator
- 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (reporting, V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
- Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (ability to create presentations and communicate findings)
- 3+ years of experience with Jira/Confluence
- 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
- PowerBI
- KPI experience
- Audit experience
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
- Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
- Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
- Bachelor’s degree
- The ideal candidate would have strong audit tracking experience and would be an expert at creating reports using data given.
