Story Behind the Need:
  • Business group: Internal Data Protection
  • Project: U.S. Cyber and IT Risk Remediation The candidate will be working on internal and external audit remediation across the technology organization.
  • The candidate will be working to track, manage, and remediate according to the committed timelines.

Typical Day in Role:
  • Data Gathering and Analysis:
o Engage with stakeholders/PMs to gather and summarize data points
o Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system functionalities.
o Translate data/reporting requirements into excel based reporting
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
o Utilize Excel for data analysis, modeling, and creating reports.
o Set-up and utilize Jira for tracking, workflow and reporting
o Develop dashboards and visualizations to communicate findings effectively.
o Identify trends and areas for improvement through data analysis.
  • Project Management and Communication:
o Manage tasks and track progress using MS Project or Jira.
o Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders.
o Prepare presentations using PowerPoint to communicate project status, analysis results, and recommendations.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
o Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide training to end-users.
  • System and Process Improvement:
o Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization.
o Recommend and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.
o Ensure that system documentation is maintained and up-to-date.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
  • 5+ years of experience in Data Analysis roles/BA roles/Project Coordinator
  • 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Excel (reporting, V-lookups, pivot tables, etc.)
  • Strong proficiency in PowerPoint (ability to create presentations and communicate findings)
  • 3+ years of experience with Jira/Confluence
  • 3+ years of experience with Agile methodologies
Nice-To-Have Skills:
  • PowerBI
  • KPI experience
  • Audit experience
Soft Skills Required:
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with various stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving: Ability to identify problems, analyze root causes, and develop effective solutions.
  • Business Acumen: Understanding of business processes and the ability to align technical solutions with business needs.
Education:
  • Bachelor’s degree
Best VS. Average Candidate:
  • The ideal candidate would have strong audit tracking experience and would be an expert at creating reports using data given.

  • PM + BA – Microsoft Teams Video – behavioural questions (30 mins) + sample Excel test (30 mins)
