As we continue to scale, we're seeking a proactive and systems-savvy People Analytcis and HRIS specialist to lead and support the implementation and optimization of our HR technologies. You'll play a key role in driving efficiency and integration across platforms, ensuring our people operations are as agile as our business.Position Summary:
We're looking for an experienced HR professional with a strong background in People Analytics and HR system implementation, particularly within Microsoft ERP and Dynamics 365's HR modules. You also have the ability to work with existing data sources to extract meanigful people information to fuel decision making and HR initiatives. If you also bring knowledge of Salesforce integrations or HR process automation, that's a major plus. You'll work closely with both the HR and IT teams to implement, maintain, and improve our digital HR ecosystem.Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and support the implementation of Microsoft ERP / Dynamics 365 HR modules (e.g., employee records, performance management, onboarding, time and attendance).
- Partner with stakeholders across HR, IT, and leadership to translate business needs into system solutions.
- Build people analytics dashboards for executive leadership.
- Identify opportunities to automate HR workflows or streamline manual processes. Provide training and support to internal users.
- Assist in potential Salesforce integration projects related to HR, recruitment, or people analytics.
- 7+ years of experience in HRIS or HR Operations, with hands-on implementation experience in Microsoft ERP / Dynamics 365 HR modules.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and data flows.
- Experience in systems integration and user support.
- Bonus: Working knowledge of Salesforce, especially as it applies to recruitment, employee engagement, or reporting.
