Ready to bring your best?Overview of the role:Saputo is seeking an Assistant Manager, Marketing for an existing opportunity within our organization for an 18-month contract. The Assistant Foodservice Marketing Manager will be responsible for the development and implementation of various Foodservice Marketing initiatives while being aligned with business objectives of the Strategic Business Development (SBD) team.How you will make contributions that matter:Collaborate with the Foodservice marketing team and help develop the Trade Marketing 360 promotional strategyAssist with the execution of marketing programs, campaigns and promotions, consumer engagement activities, merchandising and growth plans, aimed at new and existing business partners in markets across CanadaGenerate compelling and original content for various marketing channels, including website, social media, emails, and newsletter in English and FrenchWork with copywriters to produce persuasive and informative blog posts, articles, and other forms of written contentManage social media accounts with agencies to highlight community involvement, products, and promotionsWork Direct creative agencies and collaborate with internal creative and sales teams to develop and update marketing programs, collateral, and channelsProvide support and coordination with tradeshows and events (booth setup, materials, promotional items, shipment of packages)Guide the sales team in the execution of trade programs, manage the performance tracking and program post-mortems and make analysisResponsible for creating and monitoring email marketing and nurture campaigns in Klaviyo (designing email marketing newsletters, ensuring mobile-friendly emails, collaborating with copywriters for newsletter content, building and maintaining email lists)Managing and maintaining email marketing, automations, workflows, reporting, landing pages, segmentations, contacts and companies, etc.Execute marketing programs in collaboration with the foodservice sales team, participating in meetings and proposing the right mix/match of marketing assets and channels to strengthen partner relationshipsAssist with developing and launching customer and partner-experience surveys (using Typeforms), as well as reporting on results and identifying areas for improvementOptimize demand generation across all of Saputo Foodservice’s existing channels including but not limited to the website, email, PPC, content, social, webinars, and SEOTrack the effectiveness of outreach efforts and marketing campaignsProvide regular reports and recommendations based on data analysisResponsible for managing the project budgetDraft internal communications, create point of sales promotional materialsLead multi-departmental conference callsPerform other related duties as directed by the Marketing ManagerYou are best suited for the role if you have the following qualifications:University Diploma in marketing or related field (2nd cycle degree, an asset)5+ years of experience in marketingExperience in the food industry or B2B digital marketing (an asset)Experience in managing consumer promotionsBilingual (French and English) spoken and written; French is mandatory in Quebec, an asset in other provinces.
