Job Description:HM Note: This onsite contract role is in office five (5) days. Candidates must have access to a car and be able to drive to Hamilton, Oshawa and Bradford/East Gwillimbury, Ontario offices, gas will not be reimbursed. Candidates resume must include first and last name.DescriptionLooking for a dynamic Support Specialist to provide support to our Windows 11 and iOS device refresh initiatives across locations.The successful candidate will bring:
  • 3+ years experience configuring, imaging, and deploying Windows laptops and desktops, as well as iOS devices
  • 3+ years experience performing software installs/deployments and applying patches for Windows Operating Systems and iOS
  • 3+ years experience in hardware troubleshooting for Windows laptop and desktop devices, as well as iOS devices
  • 3+ years experience with Mobile Device Management tools for managing iOS devices
In addition to the above skills and experience, the successful candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills; verbal and written communication skills; and interpersonal skills.
