REPRESENTATIVE, TERMINAL OPERATIONS

- Act as a liaison between the MSC and Port Terminals and handle all inquiries.
- Creating and maintaining the regular vessel sailing schedule, ERD & Cut-offs on terminal.
- Communicating and applying vessel changes and omission.
- Creating and maintaining the terminal operations reporting.
- Verifying and approve port, terminal, and vessel related invoices.
- Submit Vessels ACI and A6 to CBSA.
- Address and resolve any issues that arise during terminal operations
- Monitor the vessel delay and submit a stoppage report for each vessel call to the Vessel and MSC Canada.
- Monitor and track the status and progress of the data and submission process and report any issues or delays.
- Identify and resolve disputes regarding vessel stoppages and detention costs.
- Excellent command in spoken and written English, with bilingualism (French and English) preferred.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High attention to details.
- Minimum 2 years’ experience a similar role.
- Experience with documentation for Hazardous goods and CBSA is preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft office applications, specifically Excel.
- Strong communication skills for negotiation and reconciliation
