This position involves overseeing the delivery of complex software initiatives within a global derivatives platform supporting multiple asset classes and business units. The role offers an exciting opportunity to lead cross-asset projects, collaborate with diverse stakeholders, and contribute to critical regulatory and business initiatives.Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end delivery of derivatives technology projects, ensuring alignment with business and regulatory objectives
Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and expectations effectively
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including development, QA, business analysts, and risk stakeholders
Apply Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices to ensure seamless delivery
Facilitate communication among stakeholders, influence decision-making, and drive meetings toward clear outcomes
Identify and proactively manage project risks and issues, escalating as necessary
Support deployment and post-implementation reviews to ensure project success and continuous improvement
Engage with global teams and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and risk standards

Desired Skill-Set

5-10+ years of experience in capital markets technology project management
Strong understanding of derivatives, risk concepts, valuation fundamentals, and P&L drivers
Demonstrated experience delivering software projects in a financial services environment
Proficiency with Agile methodologies, SDLC, JIRA, and Confluence
Excellent stakeholder management and influence, with high emotional intelligence
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate project objectives and issues
Background in Computer Science, Engineering, MIS, or related fields
Certifications such as PMP, CFA, or FRM are considered strong assets

Nice to Have

Experience working on cross-asset derivatives platforms
Exposure to regulatory or compliance projects within capital markets
Knowledge of pricing engines, valuation models, and risk sensitivities
Prior experience working with global teams or in a matrixed environment
