- Assist with the preparation and creation of client and advisor reports
- Use internal systems to create, organize, and order client materials
- Provide general administrative support using Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Assist with ad hoc administrative tasks and special projects to support the Client Relationships and Business Development teams
- Perform general office duties as required
- Provide backup support to other team members during peak periods
- Contribute to an efficient, collaborative, and energized team environment focused on delivering an excellent client experience
- Highly adaptable, driven to be your best, and proven initiative
- Excellent Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook skills
- High attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work deadlines
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Knowledge of the group retirement industry would be an asset
- Bilingualism (fluent in French and English) required, as the position will regularly serve our clients with English and French-speaking needs.
