Assists in resolving complex psychosocial problems. Carries out a variety of casework and counselling methods; consults extensively with hospital staff and community agencies regarding the psychosocial aspects of the patient's situation and participates in the training of Social Work students.QUALIFICATIONS:Education, Training And ExperienceMasters of Social Work degree (M.S.W.) from an accredited school of Social Work required. Current full registration with the BC College of Social Workers. Related social work experience, preferably in a medical setting, and demonstrated clinical competence.Skills And Abilities
