What You’ll Do
  • Welcome customers and manage check-in and check-out of RV rentals
  • Clearly explain RV features and answer questions
  • Perform basic quality checks on units before departure and upon return
  • Handle customer concerns in a professional and friendly manner
  • Complete basic administrative tasks and transactions
Who This Role Is ForYou’ll be a great fit if you:
  • Have at least 1 year of customer service experience (retail, hospitality, tourism, etc.)
  • Are confident communicating in English
  • Enjoy helping people and creating a positive experience
  • Are friendly, reliable, and team-oriented
  • Can work in a fast-paced environment
What You Bring
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
  • Strong English communication skills (additional languages like German or Dutch are an asset)
  • Positive attitude and professional approach with customers
  • Ability to stay organized and multitask
