Salary: $2,935.39 to $3,850.29 bi-weekly ($76,613 - $100,492/year)Executive Council works to ensure effective strategic planning and coordinated policy development and communications across government, engages Albertans and the broader global community, and promotes a vibrant and innovative public service. In addition to policy, protocol, communications and Cabinet functions, Executive Council includes Intergovernmental and International Relations, which develops strategies on issues of importance to Alberta and Canada - with its international partners, clients, and stakeholders - to address challenges and grow opportunities. This unit also coordinates Alberta's leadership and participation within the Canadian federation in pursuit of a federal system that best serves the needs of Albertans and Canadians.For information about Executive Council, visit .Role ResponsibilitiesJoin Alberta's Office in Ottawa and help shape how the province engages with the federal government and eastern Canada. This role provides timely policy insight, supports senior-level missions, and strengthens Alberta's presence and relationships across Canada.You will monitor and analyze federal political and policy developments, prepare briefings for senior leaders, and support high-profile visits and missions.
