
Nurse Call & RTLS Technician

- Install, service, and inspect nurse call and RTLS systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with networked electronic systems, software, and front-end workstations/servers.
- Perform preventative maintenance, emergency service calls, and repairs in a timely and professional manner.
- Review and interpret as-built drawings and documentation to correct deficiencies and restore systems with minimal supervision.
- Validate, test, and commission nurse call and RTLS systems onsite to ensure proper functionality.
- Maintain clear and professional communication with customers, contractors, and internal teams regarding project updates, service status, and customer requests.
- Collaborate effectively with managers, engineers, technicians, and consulting partners to deliver high-quality solutions.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with networked electronic systems and software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Willingness to participate in on-call rotations for emergency service needs.
- Technical certifications or relevant field experience are considered an asset.
- 3-5 years of experience working with nurse call or similar healthcare communication systems
- Diploma, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a similar program.
- Ability to obtain a Secret level security clearance
- Valid drivers license
