Our clients are some of the most creative people in the industry and rightfully the most demanding.We are looking for a Salesforce Administrator!As a Salesforce Administrator at PixMob, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the effective utilization and maintenance of our business solutions built on the Salesforce platform. You will work closely with various departments to understand their needs, define business solutions to meet those requirements, and provide ongoing support to ensure the smooth operation. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of Salesforce administration combined with strong business analysis capabilities, enabling them to translate complex business requirements into effective, scalable Salesforce solutions.Main responsibilities:Managing, maintaining and improving our business solutions on the Force.com platform (for example, Salesforce CRM);In collaboration with our business teams, evaluates business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions;Proactively identifies opportunities for automation and integration to drive continuous improvement;Serves as thought leader for technical business processes, developing systems;prototypes that promote increased efficiency and productivity on multiple levels;Administering and maintaining Salesforce applications and integrations;Creating and managing system configurations and maintaining custom objects, record types, fields, page layouts, formulas, data validation rules, creating and updating Flows, installed packages, etc;Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical tools to provide actionable insights into business performance;Managing user accounts and permissions;Assisting in training users on changes and best practices;Providing daily support to internal users of our Force.com applications;Communicates effectively and efficiently with stakeholders.We are looking for the following professional profile:Bachelor's degree in a related field.Salesforce Administrator certification will be considered an asset.Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator.Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a Business Analyst role.Proven experience in Salesforce administration and configuration.Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.Problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.Experience designing and implementing solutions that align with business needs.Experience in reviewing and documenting business processes and with data visualization.Experience in the entertainment industry is an asset.High proficiency with requirement gathering.Proven analytical abilities.Excellent communication skills, with an ability to translate data into actionableinsights.Ability to work collaboratively in a team and cross-functional environment.Strong working knowledge of relevant business processes mapping tools andtechnologies.Ability to translate technical concepts and requirements into business terms andvice versa.Very good knowledge of French and English required.Language & Inclusivity:The candidate must possess fluent proficiency in English communication skills as day to day business will be done with international clients, including but not limited to the US market / European Market / Asia Pacific / etc.Inclusivity is at the heart of our culture.
