Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM (in-office)

- Support day-to-day customer service for ecommerce/Shopify fulfillment
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve order and fulfillment issues
- Maintain accurate communication and documentation with clients
- Order desk experience
- Fluent English with excellent verbal and written skills
- Experience with 3PL operations
- Familiarity with Shopify and other ecommerce platforms strongly preferred
