- Contribute to the design and technical development of large-scale transit and infrastructure projects
- Support projects across all phases, from early concept through to construction and delivery
- Work closely with public sector clients, transit authorities, and consultant teams
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and navigate regulatory and approval processes
- Participate in client meetings, presentations, and project coordination
- Support proposals, RFQs, and project pursuits as needed
- Mentor and support junior team members while contributing to overall team growth
- Play an active role in a collaborative, design focused studio environment
- Minimum 7 years of professional architectural experience
- Registered Architect in Canada or actively working towards registration
- Strong proficiency in Revit and BIM based project delivery
- Experience working on large, complex projects with significant construction value
- Comfortable leading coordination with consultants and engaging with clients
- Strong communication, presentation, and problem solving skills
- A collaborative mindset with an interest in mentoring and team development
- Experience working on transit, transportation, or large-scale civic infrastructure projects
- LEED AP or ENV SP designation
- Experience contributing to RFQs, RFPs, and project pursuits
