Our client is seeking a Commercial Client Service Associate to join their team. This position plays an important role in supporting a Commercial Insurance Specialist and delivering exceptional service to commercial clients. The successful candidate will help manage annual reviews, renewals, and day-to-day administrative service work that keeps clients informed, protected, and confident in their insurance program.This role is well suited to someone who enjoys balancing client interaction, organization, and behind-the-scenes coordination. In addition to providing high-quality service, the Client Service Associate will also support business development efforts by participating in select sales-related activities and helping identify opportunities within the existing book of business.The Employer

You are also a team player who takes pride in delivering dependable service and contributing to overall team success.Necessary Qualifications Include
- Post-secondary education, college or university preferred
- General Insurance Level 1 or 2 licence in Manitoba
- Valid driver’s licence
- 2+ years of front-line customer service experience
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Ability to build positive relationships with clients and internal stakeholders
- Strong documentation accuracy and administrative skills
- Competitive, performance-driven mindset with a commitment to high service standards
- Team-oriented approach with the ability to collaborate effectively across functions
